Private: NaPoWriMo

This year for national poetry writing month or NaPoWriMO, I’m challenging myself to create haikus for FaceTime pics that my husband Stephen and I took during our two years apart. We didn’t write love letters but we did keep in touch almost daily through modern technology.  Loved ones don’t seem so far away when you you can see them digitally. I will submit six or seven poems at once for the next four weeks (if time permits.) Share your favorite FaceTime photo of you and a loved one with me. Let me know what you think of this FaceTime Love Stories project. I’m considering turning it into a gallery exhibit of some sort in the virtual world or the real one. Anyone work at Apple I could use some financial and technical support? I’d love to include similar stories of long distant digital loves. Our hearts definitely grew fonder.
